The third annual Springville Street Painting Festival will be on Sunday,August 1, 2010.Tentitively speaking....
Artists will be reproducing their most favorite works. Like the true madonnari (Italian street art painter) the work will last only as long as the next rain or street cleaning. The beauty of this art form is observing the artist in progress while enjoying a festive atmosphere.
Click here or information about the history of street painting.
All artists from professional to middle school age are invited to participate.

The SpringvilleStreet Painting Festival was an amazing success. With so much artistic and musical talent the sun was just forced to come out. Thanks to all the hardworking artists who shared their talents with us. Thanks to those artists that helped pulled the festival together in the early raindrops. We had artists from all over WNY putting up ... barricades, bringing out chairs, tables and signing each other in.So many people worked so hard to make this day a reality. Thanks to Mike&Randy of/and the Heard of Buffalo, The Heidi Maria Band,Alison Pipitone,Vince Martino, Lindsey Burgio, Bob Z and Margot, the All Star Marching Band and Bob Hartman..for all the great music!!!The cast of Godspell rocks!!!
When people share their talents with others it improves the quality of our lives..and when the sunshines ..it's bliss....
Thanks to Janice Carroll...you truly helped make things happen!!!!$$$$
The Festival will be on Franklin, Mechanic and Chapel Street in Springville,NY
Children of all ages can dabble in their creativity at our craft tent.
All are invited to chalk up the park!!
Come and enjoy the day!
